Debbie Davis, a native of Rome received her real estate license in 1990. She previously specialized in new home construction, remodeling and investment property. In 1995, she obtained her (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute. This is a very extensive class on real estate finance, marketing, brokerage law, tax law and other topics. Only 12% of Realtors in Georgia hold this designation.
She extended her market into the state of Alabama and received her license in 1997.

She continued her education and received her (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest designation held by a realtor. There are only 35,000 Realtors nationwide who hold this designation - only 4%.

Debbie is a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves on the Local Board of Directors of the Rome Board of Realtors. She has chaired and co-chaired numerous committees. She is very active in the community and volunteers a lot of her time in the school system.
