Debra McDaniel is a native of Rome and a graduate of Armuchee High School. She attended the University of West Georgia and obtained AB, MA and Ed.S degrees in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling. Ms. McDaniel has worked with the State of Georgia for ten years counseling youth and families. She has been a small business owner for 18 years in Floyd County.

Ms. McDaniel attends First Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, Rome Area Council for the Arts and the Rome Doll Collectors Society. She is married and has two Children.
