Hal Richards has recently received his real estate license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission and is a new associate with Toles, Temple and Wright Real Estate. He joins his wife, Mimi, who has been a Realtor with Toles, Temple and Wright since 1993.

Prior to receiving his real estate license, Hal was the founder/co-owner of H Richards Clothing for 31 years with his wife, Mimi. While working in retail he also renovated historic structures and received the Governors Award for the State of Georgia for his restoration efforts and adaptive reuse of the H Richards building, which sits on the site where Rome was founded. He also received national recognition for his restoration of there historic home in the Between the Rivers Historic District in downtown Rome from the National Kitchen and Bath Association. His most recent projects area new constructions rental properties on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

He is a member of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Coosa Country Club, Rome Area Heritage Foundation and is locally known for his music and culinary skills. Hal brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to his new career.
